Abstract：
The Sentinel Islands is part of Andaman Islands, located in the most southwest of Andaman Islands. The Sentinel Islands belongs to the South Andaman administrative district, part of the Indian Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The main islands in the Sentinel Islands are North Sentinel Island and South Sentinel Island, about 60 km far away from each other. The North Sentinel Island lies 30 km west to the Labyrinth Islands, and its geo-location is 11°31′3″N-11°35′47″N, 92°11′55″E-92°16′29″E. The South Sentinel Island lies 26 km northeast to the Little Andaman Island, and its geo-location is 10°58′12″N-10°59′0″N, 92°12′42″E-92°13′45″E. The area of the North Sentinel Island is 49.34 km², and the coastline is 42.21 km. The area of the South Sentinel Island is 1.92 km², and the coastline is 5.55 km. The total area of the Sentinel Islands is 52.40 km², and the coastline is 59.73 km. The dataset was developed based on the Google Earth and related maps and references. The dataset is consisted of 15 data files and archived in the .kmz and .shp data formats with the data size of 83.3 KB (Compressed to 35.4 KB in two files).
