Abstract:
The authors took 78 prefectural cities in the Yellow River Basin as the research area, and based on water resource bulletins and socio-economic data from various provinces, developed the dataset on spatial pattern of water use efficiency and inter-basin water transfer projects utility in the 78 prefectural cities in Yellow River Basin (2013-2020). The dataset includes: (1) boundary data of the study area; (2) annual water use efficiency data of 78 cities; (3) annual water pressure data of 78 cities; (4) data on the utility of China's South-to-North Water Transfer Projects. The dataset is in .shp and .xlsx formats, and consists of 9 data files, with data size of 4.41 MB (Compressed into one file with 2.80 MB). The analysis article based on this dataset was published in the Water, Vol. 16, No. 10, 2024.
