Abstract:

Tunisian Oasis, located in the north of the Sahara Desert, between 31°38′45″N and 37°04′12″N, 7°33′35″E and 11°26′09″E. The total area is 46,506.30 km² (Albers). It is composed of 77 individual oases, including the Chott el Jerid Lake Oasis, Djerba Oasis and Ar Rudayyif Oasis, etc. Among them, the largest oasis covers an area of 44,125.05 km². The dataset was developed based on Google Earth 2020 imagery and related maps. The dataset is archived in .kmz and .shp data formats, and consists of 17 data files with data size of 180 MB (Compressed into 2 files with 72.3 MB).
