Abstract:
Brakmo Islands, a group of small islands in the Arctic Ocean, is located between the Barents Sea and the Greenland Sea; it is part of the Thousand Islands in Norway. Its geolocation is between 77°03′52″N and 77°04′30″N,22°26′39″E and 22°31′16″E. The Brakmo Islands consists of three islands: Great Brakmo Island, Tronderen Islet and Alkekongen Islet. The total area of the Brakmo Islands is 0.68km² the coastline is 5.75km long. The biggest island in the Brakmo Islands is the Great Brakmo Island with an area of 0.55km². The dataset is developed based on the Google Earth images and the referenced maps. The dataset is archived in .kmz and .shp data format with the compressed data size of 28.3KB.
