Abstract：
The Alifu Alifu Atoll, one of the administrative atolls of Maldives, is located from 3。55′9″N to 4。26′40″N and from 72。42′52″E to 73。0′45″E in the Midwest of the Maldives. The neighbors of the Alifu Alifu Atoll are the Baa Atoll in north, Alifu Dhaalu Atoll in south and the Kaafu Atoll in east. There are two atolls in the Alifu Alifu Atoll, one is the North Ali Atoll and the other one is the Rasdhoo Atoll. 47 islands are included in the Alifu Alifu Atoll, they are: Himandhoo, Maalhos, Kandholhudhoo, Ellaidhoo, Fesdhoo, Gaathufushi, Halaveli, Feridhoo, Bathalaa, Maayyafushi, Madoogali, Vihamaafaru, Kudafolhudhoo, Bodufolhudhoo, Mathiveri, Velidhoo, Ukulhas, Mushimasgali, Etheramadivaru, Gangehi, Alikoirah, Fusfinolhu, Dhinnolhufinolhu, Maagaa, Beyrumadivaru, Kuramathi, Rasdhoo, Rasdhoo Madivaru, Madivarufinolhu, Veligandu and the Thoddoo Islands. The biggest island in the Alifu Alifu Atoll is the Thoddoo Island with the area of 1.6km2. The total area of the islands in the Alifu Alifu Atoll is 4.86km2 and the total coastline is 61.54km long. The dataset was developed based on integration of the Google Earth images, maps and the related records. The data is archived in .kmz and .shp format with the compressed data size of 161KB.
