Abstract：
Lombok Island is located in the Lesser Sunda Islands (Nusa Tenggara Islands) in the Southeast Asia, between the Indian Ocean and Bali Sea. It is 35.60 km separated from Bali Island by the Lombok Strait in the west, and 13.64 km separated from Sumbawa Island by Aras Strait in the east. Its geo-location is between 08°57′22″S and 08°12′37″S, 115°49′16″E and 116°43'30″E. The Lombok is in West Nusa Tenggara Barat Province of Indonesia. Mataram, the provincial capital, is the largest city on the island. There is Lombok International Airport in the southern part of the island. The total area of the Lombok Island based on the Albers projection is 4,540.77 km², and the coastline based on the Lambert projection is 654.02 km long. The dataset is developed based on the Global Multiple Scale Shorelines Dataset Based on Google Earth images (2015), combined with relevant maps of Indonesia. The dataset is archived in. kmz and .shp data formats, and is composed of 25 data files with a data size of 3.76 MB (compressed into three files with 2.33 MB).
