Abstract：

The Raa Atoll is located from 5°21＇25〃N to 5°58＇50.4〃N, 72°48＇02〃E to 73°02＇53〃E, and west of Maldives. The Raa Atoll is composed of two natural atolls: North Maalhosmadulu Atoll and Alifushi Atoll. 104 islands are included in the Raa Atoll, including the Maamunagau, Gaavillingili, Fenfushi, Huruvalhi, Dheburidheytherevaadhoo, Maafaru, Aarah, Kinolhas, Meedhupparu, Kukulhudhoo, Meedhoo, Lhohi, Fainu, Ufulandhoo, Dhigali, Ingurajdhoo, Thaavathaa, Maduvvari, Neyo, Vakkaru, Dhoragali, Feasmendhoo, Filaidhoo, Kufafushi, Kottafaru, Maashigili, Kothaifaru, Bodufarufinolhu, Vandhoo, Innamaadhoo, Goboshi, Lhaabugali, Mahidhoo, Rasmaadhoo, Goyyafaru, Dikkireddhoo, Kudalhosgili, Kudakurathu, Hiraveri, Boduhaikkodi, Muravandhoo, Maakurathu, Madivaafaru, Giraavaru, Kandholhudhoo, Bandaveri, Kudafenmaa-enboodhoo, Bodufenmaa-enboodhoo, Dhuvaafaru, Kureddhoo, Lundhufushi, Maamigili, Arilundhoo, Uthurumaafaru, Ugoofaaru, Ugulu, Ifulu, Fuggili, Liboakandhoo, Hulhudhoo, Gaaudoodhoo, Maanenfushi, Faarafushi, Hulhudhuffaaru, Kadoogadu, Angolhitheemu, Rasgetheemu, Vaadhoo, Alifushi, Eththigili, etc. The biggest island in the Raa Atoll is the Alifushi Island with the area of 0.60km2. The total area of the islands in the Raa Atoll is 12.63km2, the coastline is 133.61km. The dataset was developed based on integration among the Google Earth images and related maps and records. The data is archived in .kmz and .shp data format with the compressed data size of 356KB.
