Abstract：
Keluke Lake, which means "grassy Bletilla Beach" in Mongolian, is a brackish fresh water lake, the tail lake of the Bayin River at the southern foot of Zongwulong Mountain in the northeast of Qaidam Basin, Delingha city, Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan autonomous prefecture, Qinghai province, China. Its geo-location is 37°14′28″N - 37°19′55″N, 96°50′36″E-96°57′14″E, and the altitude of the lake is 2,817 m. The lake includes 9 sandy islands. The largest sandy island is 0.01 km², and the shoreline is 502.34 m, while the smallest sandy island is 82.71 m², and the shoreline is 37.96 m. The total area of Keluke Lake is 56.67 km², and the shoreline is 65.05 km long. The lake is in the desert and semi-desert arid climate region with annual average temperature of 3.7 ℃, sunshine hours of 3,182 h, annual precipitation of 330 mm and annual evaporation of 2,400 mm. The water in the lake mainly depends on the recharge of surface runoff, mainly from the Bayin River and the Barrogen River, and glacial snow melt water. The Bayin River is originated from the Bison Ridge and Halco Mountains, and it is the largest surface runoff flowing into the lake. The dataset is based on Google Earth (2015) and related maps. The dataset is archived in .kmz and .shp data formats, it is consisted of 22 data files with data size of 2.44 MB (Compressed to two data files with data size of 864 KB).
