Abstract：

Gymnocarpos przewalskii is a relict plant of the Tethys flora, which is also one of the constructive species in stony desert. Based on the equal-area plot (3600 m²) investigations in three habitats (Flood land, Gully and Flat desert) of G.przewalskii from Aug. to Sep. in 2014, the static life table was established, survival curves and the function curves derived from the survival analysis. The population structure dateset of Gymnocarpos przewalskii in three extra-arid desert habitats consists of 5 tables, they are: (1) Stationary life table of Gymnocarpos przewalskii population in different habitats, (2) Survival analysis of Gymnocarpos przewalskii population in different habitats, (3) Community composition and quantity characteristics in Flood land, (4) Community composition and quantity characteristics in Gully, and (5) Community composition and quantity characteristics in flat Gobi desert. The data are archived in .xlsx format, data size is 34 kb. The analysis paper of these data was published at the Chinese Journal of Plant Ecology, No. 10, Vol. 39.
