Abstract：
Chichagof Island is one island among the Alexander Islands. It is located in the northeast edge of the Pacific Ocean and west of the mainland of North American. It is 4.8 km separated from Baranof Island in the south, 3.97 km from Lemesurier Island in the north, and 15.47 km from Admiralty Island in the East. The Island was named after Admiral Vasili Chichagof, a Russian arctic explorer. The Chichagof Island belongs to Alaska, United States. The geo-location of Chichagof Island is between 57°22'4 "N and 58°17'18" N, 134°49'36"W and 136°26'54"W. The total area of the Island calculated based on Albers projection is 5435.50 km², and the coastline calculated based on Lambert projection is 1389.27 km. The dataset is developed based on Global Multiple Scale Shorelines Dataset Based on Google earth images (2015), combined with American maps and archived in .kmz and .shp data formats. The dataset consists of 15 data files with data size of 3.5 MB (compressed to 2 files with 2.39 MB).
