Abstract：

Pontine Islands is located in 28 km south of the Circeo, northeast of the Tyrrhenian Sea, Gulf of the Mediterranean Sea. It belongs to Latina, Lazio, Italy. The geo-location of the Pontine Islands is between 40°47′6″N and 40°58′26″N, 12°50′47″E and 13°27′32″E. The Pontine Islands are composed of 32 islands, including Ponza Island, Ventotene Island, Palmarola Island, Zannone Island, Santo Stefano Island, Gavi Island etc. The total area of the Pontine Islands is 12.18 km² based on Albers projection, and the total coastline is 70.88 km long based on Lambert projection. In the Pontine Islands, the Ponza Island is the largest island with an area of 7.63 km². The dataset is archived in .kmz and .shp data formats, and consists of 17 data files with data size of 572 KB (compressed to 2 data files with 376 KB).
