Abstract：

Cornwallis Island is located in North Canada, North America,within the Arctic Circle. It is an island in the Parry Islands of the Queen Elizabeth Archipelago. The Cornwallis Island is 28.23 km separated from Devon Island by Strait of Wellington on the east, and 54.41 km separated from Somerset Island by the Parry Strait on the south, and 28.46 km from the Bathurst Island in the northwest. The geo-location of the Cornwallis Island is between 74°37'39"N and 75°38'37"N, 96°37'34"W and 93°23'21"W. It was discovered in 1819 by the British explorer Sir William Parry, and was named after the British Royal Admiral Sir William Cornwallis. The Cornwallis Island belongs to the Nunavut territory, Canada. The total area of the Cornwallis Island calculated based on the Albers projection is 7111.23 km², and the coastline calculated based on the Lambert projection is 809.25 km.The Island is relatively flat, with a relatively straight coastline on the east side and more fjords on the west side. The main settlement is Resolute on the southwest coast of the island, with an airport in the northwest. This dataset is developed based on Global Multiple Scale Shorelines Dataset Based on Google Earth Images (2015) and the relevant Canada maps. The dataset is archived in .kmz and .shp data formats, consists of 23 data files with data size of 1.62MB (compressed to 3 files, 1.13MB)
