国际科学数据大会拟定于2014年11月2-5日在印度新德里举行。本次会议由国际科技数据委员会（CODATA）和世界数据系统（WDS）联合主办，印度国家科学院承办，会议主题为“Data Sharing and Integration for Global Sustainability”。大会之后的11月6-7日将开第29届CODATA全会。
本届大会是CODATA与WDS首次联合举办的大型国际科学会议，旨在为数据领域的专家学者及决策者提供一个国际平台，发掘数据服务于全球可持续发展的潜能，探讨全球数据挑战以及开放数据、共享信息和数据整合与集成对科学、社会、经济和政策的重要作用。

VISA LETTERS: PLEASE DO AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
When you complete registration, even if payment has not been made you will receive a link to the visa letter form. However, the form is in any case available here http://www.scidatacon2014.org/invitation-letter
You need to complete the web form with the details requested and that will create an invitation letter to be downloaded and included in your visa application. You should also download the documentation from the same page at this link http://www.scidatacon2014.org/cdn/gallery/2446.pdf - this contains the official ministry letter that must be included in your visa application.
Please note the information on page four of the Ministry Letter and at http://www.scidatacon2014.org/visas. This means in addition to making the visa application that the information requested in the table needs to be sent to INSA via the address meetings@alpcord.com (this is the conference organising company which is helping with this).
