Abstract:

The Zhifanggou watershed is a small watershed and located in the suburb of Pingliang City, Gansu Province, China. 7 sample plots from four vegetation types– plum shrub, weeds, bare land and alfalfa, and four slope grades of 5°,10°,15° and 20° were selected. The sample plots soil moisture was measured using the time domain reflectometer (TDR) method in growing season of 2017 to 2019. The dataset includes, (1) information on the sample plots, including code, location, terrain and vegetation type etc.; (2) soil moisture content measured by TDR in 2017, 2018, 2019. The dataset is archived in one Excel file in .xlsx data format with data size of 141 KB.
