Abstract:

Daliyaboyi, in the lower reaches of the Keriya River, is the largest primitive animal husbandry oasis in the hinterland of the Taklimakan Desert. The surface water and ground water changes infected the oasis greatly. From August 2013 to March 2014, the authors collected in situ daily water level records at Qigekuoyigan and groundwater depth records at Daliyaboyi in the lower reaches of the Keriya River. The dataset includes the following data from August 3, 2013 to March 28, 2014: (1) geolocation data of the sample sites; (2) the daily surface water level (cm) at the observation points in Qigekuoyigan; (3) deep water pressure, atmospheric pressure and depth (m) of groundwater at sample well in Daliyaboyi; (4) daily mean groundwater depth (m) at sample well in Daliyaboyi. The dataset is archived in .shp and .xlsx data formats, and consists of 8 data files with 267 KB (compressed to one single file with 255 KB).
