Abstract：
The homogenized monthly temperature dataset in Hunan Province, China (1910-2014) was developed based on the statistical method and the historical records from the meteorological stations. The data from 1910 to 1936 were based on the historical records from Changsha Observation Station; the data from 1937 to 1950 were based on 8 meteorological stations, while the missing data were filled by interpolation using adjacent observation records; the data from 1961 to 2014 were conducted based on the 96 meteorological stations. The dataset is consisted of the average maximum temperature, minimum temperature and temperature in monthly, quarterly and annually from 1910 to 2014 in Hunan province, China. The dataset is archived in .xlsx data format, with the data size of 42.4 KB. The analysis paper of this dataset was published at Journal of Geographical Sciences, Vol. 27, No. 3, 2017.
