Abstract：
In order to understand how the species distributed in tropical montane rainforest in Jianfengling region, a group of scientists from the Research Institute of Tropical Forestry, Chinese Academy of Forestry finished the in situ data collection in a 60 hm² plot from December 2010 to July 2012. Six scales of the samples were calculated, including 24000 samples from 5mx5m scale; 6,000 samples from 10mx10m scale; 1500 samples from 20mx20m scale; 375 samples from 40mx40m scale; 60 samples from 100mx100m scale and 15 samples from 200mx200m scale. The geolocation of the starting point (southwest point of the sample plot) is 18°43′41.0″ N，108°53′59.6″ E，870m above sea level. The Species richness, Species abundance, Shannon-Wiener Index, Simpson Index and Pielou's eveness Index were calculated based on the multi-scale samples. The dataset indicates that 35,312 species in a 200mx200m sample in the most. The dataset is archived in the .kmz, .shp and .xls data formats with the data size of 2.23MB. The analysis paper was published in Chinese Journal of Plant Ecology, No.9, Vol.40, 2016.
