Abstract：

The Dodecanese, islands group in Greece, is located in the southern part of the Aegean Sea. Its geo-location is between 35°20′22″N and 37°29′14″N, 26°07′53″E and 28°14′50″E. The Dodecanese consists of 402 islands (area of the smallest is 93 m²). Among them, there are 12 islands with an area of more than 27 km², they are: Rhodes Island, Karpathos Island, Kos Island, Kalimnos Island, Astipalea Island, Kasos Island, Tilos Island, Simi Island, Leros Island, Nisiros Island, Patmos Island, Halki Island. The total area of the Dodecanese is 2699.89 km², and the length of the coastline is 2008.83 km. The dataset was developed based on Google Earth images around 2015. The dataset is archived in .kmz and .shp data formats, and consists of 17 data files with data size of 9.01 MB (Compressed into 2 files with 6.16 MB).
