Abstract：

The Tibetan Plateau is a key area for research on global environmental changes. Siling Co catchment is located in the hinterland of the Tibetan Plateau. The climate warming makes the surface area of lakes in this region expanded year by year. Based on the data integration among the MOD09A1 from 2003-2013, the filed survey data, as well as the local maps, time series of lakes dataset in Siling Co Catchment, Qinghai_Tibet Plateau (2003-2013) was developed. The dataset include the yearly data (mostly in later of August of each year) of lakes from 2003-2013, including the lakes of Siling Co, Co-e, Wuru Co, Geren Co, Zigui Co, Mujiu Co, Mudidalayu Co, Yochags Co, Chazang Co, Guomang Co and Qiagui Co. The dataset is archived in .shp and .kmz data formats with the compressed data size of 227KB. The analysis paper was published at the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, No. 11, Vol. 12, 2015.
