Abstract：
The Peruvian Oasis is located in the west of the Andes Mountains, bordering the Pacific Ocean, between 4°40′00″S and 18°20′54″S, 70°06′46″W and 81°09′03″W. The total area is 21,857.57 km² (Albers). The Peruvian Oasis is composed of 49 individual oases, including Chiclayo Oasis, Piura River Oasis and Moche River Oasis, etc. Among them, the Chiclayo Oasis is the largest one with an area of 6,184.87 km². The dataset was developed based on Google Earth 2020 imagery and related maps. The dataset is archived in .kmz and .shp data formats, and consists of 17 data files with data size of 332 MB (compressed into 2 files with 135 MB).
