Abstract：

Kerguelen Island, the French Southern and Antarctic Territories (TAAF), is located in the southern of Indian Ocean, and 1942 km separated from the Antarctic. It is the largest island in the Kerguelen Islands. The geolocation of the Kerguelen Island is between 48°27'7"S and 49°44'7"S, 68°25'15"E and 70°33'26"E. The area of the Kerguelen Island is 6681.25 km², and the coastline is 2430.49 km long. The dataset was developed based on Google Earth and related maps and references. The dataset is archived in .kmz and .shp data formats, and consists of 14 data files with data size of 6.62 MB (compressed to 4.58 MB in two files).
