Abstract：

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19, China had made a series of responses in action in all respects of normal human life. One of them is that to release specifications for guiding people how to response the pandemic, including standards and expert recommendations. These specifications play crucial role to guide doctors, patients in hospitals and all of people how to response the pandemic both in physical and in mental. The first specification titled as Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Pneumonia Caused by COVID-19 Infection (on Trial) was published by the National Health Commission of the P.R. China on 16 January 2020. Since then, 1140 specifications were published up to 16 May 2022 (no data available from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). Some of them were released in time series of updated versions. For example, there are nine versions of the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Pneumonia Caused by COVID-19 Infection since the situation changes of the COVID-19 in China. Among the specifications, 279 from agencies of center government, 233 from regional and local government, 289 group standards, 14 industrial standards, 25 local standards and 300 expert group recommendations. The collection is archived in .xlsx data format, and consists of two data files in Chinese and English with data size of 337 KB.
