Abstract：
Ruoqiang Oasis is located in Ruoqiang County and Qiemo County of Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China. The geo-location of the Ruoqiang Oasis is between 38°37'18"N and 39°36'53"N, 86°52'01"E and 89°45'08"E. The Ruoqiang Oasis consists of two oases with a total area of 3346.45 km² based on the Albers projection, total perimeter of 1289.09 km based on the Lambert projection. In Ruoqiang Oasis, the bigger one is the main oasis with an area of 3311.27 km² and perimeter of 1238.03 km. In the Ruoqiang Oasis, about 99.27% of the total oasis area is in Ruoqiang County and 0.73% of it in Qiemo County. The dataset was developed based on Google earth images in 2019. The dataset is archived in .kmz and .shp data formats, and consists of 15 data files with 12.80 MB (Compressed into two files with 8.42 MB).
