Each parts of the dataset submitted to the Global Change Research Data Publishing and Repository (GCdataPR) for publishing, including meta data, data paper and data product (data files) should go to the peer review procedure, before they are published;
3-5 experts will be appointed by the Editorial Board to review the metadata, data paper and data products (data files) according to the data publishing technical procedure.
No any dataset may be publishe without the dataset peer review
