Abstract:
Clarifying the hydrochemical characteristics and spatial distribution patterns of surface water and groundwater is fundamental to revealing regional hydrogeochemical processes and ensuring water supply security. In October 2024, the author collected 11 surface water samples and 18 groundwater samples. In-situ hydrochemical parameters were measured using a portable multiparameter water quality monitor (Aquaread AP2000), while ion concentrations were determined via ion chromatography in the laboratory. A hydrochemical dataset of the eastern north slope of Tianshan Mountains and Baita Mountain (2024) was finally obtained. The dataset includes: (1) geo-location of the sample sites; (2) hydrochemical data of the surface water samples; (3) hydrochemical data of the groundwater samples. The hydrochemical data include pH, ORP, EC, TDS, and content of main ions. The dataset is archived in .shp and .xls formats, and consists of 9 data files with data size of 60.4 KB (compressed into one file with 14.4 KB).
