Abstract：
The North Male Atoll, part of the Kaafu administrative Atoll of Maldives, is located from 4。10′9″N - 4。41′33″N， 73。21′4″E - 73。43′20″E. Its neighbors are the Gaafaru Atoll in north and the RasdhooAtoll in southwest and South Male Atoll in south. 100 islands are included in the North Male Atoll, including Hulhule, Hulhumale, Male, hilafushi, Himmafushi, Thulusdhoo, Medhufinolhu, Meeru, Vilinjili, Huraa, Lankanfinolhu, Dhiffushi, Bodubandos, Lhohifushi, Kanifinolhu, Kurumba, Furannafushi, Club Faru, Kanuharaa, Kudahuraa, Lankanfushi, Helengeli, Viligilimathidhahuraa, Boduhithi, Gasfinolhu, Aarah, Girifushi, Summer island, Funadhoo, Vabbinfaru, Baros, Dhoonidhoo, Feydhoofinolhu, Kudabandos, Nakachchaafushi, Kanduoihgiri, Asdu, Thulhagiri, Kuda Wataru, Thanburudhoo, Eriyadu, Ihuru, Makunudhoo, Kagi, Henbadhoo, Olhahali, Akirifushi and Vabboahuraa Islands. The biggest island in the North Male Atoll is the Hulhule Island with the area of 2.19km2. The total area of the islands in the North Male Atoll is 13.40km2, and the total coastline is 154.41km. The dataset was developed based on integration among the Google Earth images and related maps and records. The data is archived in .kmz and .shp data format with the compressed data size of 342KB.
