摘要:
墨西哥选择苋菜作为国家“一国一品”特色农产品。苋菜深深植根于墨西哥人民生活，其种植对乡村发展、环境保护、妇女就业以及传统文化意义深远。在墨西哥“一国一品”倡议框架下，通过成立苋菜产品州委员会，加强了地方治理，促进了生产者、学术界、社区和政府的紧密合作。墨西哥“一国一品”倡议的实施，不仅把苋菜这样一种传统作物作为一种产品，更是推动地方农业转型的真正杠杆，对营养、收入、环境和可持续发展产生积极的影响。视频全长9:58分钟，存储为.mp4格式，数据量为713 MB。本视频是大会期间FAO现场录像，视频的文字版发表在《全球变化数据学报（中英文）》2026年10卷1期。
