Abstract:

The Sandaogou Town, located in Hunjiang District, Baishan City, Jilin Province of China, is located at the foot of the Changbai Mountains. It is characterized by a temperate continental monsoon climate and serves as a significant cultivation area for Schisandra chinensis. Investigative findings indicate that the case study area's soil predominantly consists of dark brown forest soil, exhibiting weakly acidic to neutral pH ranging from 4.02 to 7.95. The soil organic matter, total nitrogen, total potassium, available phosphorus, and available potassium in the 0-20 cm soil layer ranged from 22.78 to 84.38 g/kg, 0.92 to 3.88 g/kg, 18.02-25.34 g/kg, 11.5-237 mg/kg, and 123.33-1512.3 mg/kg, respectively. The soil is nutrient-rich, and all heavy metal detection results comply with the national Soil Environmental Quality Risk Control Standard for Soil Contamination of Agricultural Land (Trial) (GB 15618—2018). Irrigation water sources include precipitation and tributaries of the Yalu River, exhibiting excellent water quality. The water test results meet Class I standards of the national Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838—2002). The product testing indicates that Sandaogou Schisandra chinensis possesses superior quality, with a dry-basis Schisandrin content reaching 0.52%, exceeding the Changbai Mountain Schisandra chinensis local standard. The heavy metal and pesticide residue levels are significantly below the standard limits specified in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China. The dataset includes: (1) boundary data of the case area; (2) physical geography data; (3) characteristic data of Schisandra Chinensis; (4) industrial development and management operations; (5) photos. The dataset is archived in .shp, .docx, .jpg, .tif and .xlsx formats, and consist of 88 data files with data size of 37.8 MB (compressed into one file with 29.4 MB).
