Abstract：
The Yangtze River Delta region includes 41 cities and 327 counties in Zhejiang province, Jiangsu province, Anhui province and Shanghai City. Based on the national real estate transaction information platform such as Fangtianxia (www.fang.com) and 365 Taofang.com (www.house365.com) and analysis result, the dataset of urban housing price in Yangtze River Delta region (2008-2018) was developed. The dataset includes: (1) Yearly house prices in districts or counties in the Yangtze River Delta from 2008 to 2018; (2) Yearly house prices in cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2008 to 2018. The dataset is archived in .xlsx and .shp data formats, and consists of 17 data files with data size of 13.8 MB (Compressed to 4.37 MB in one file). The analysis paper based on the dataset was published at Geographical Research, Vol. 37, No.1, 2018.
