Abstract：

Based on the China’s Housing Price Platform under the leadership of China Real Estate Industry Association and the related information about the housing price changes in Nanjing City in townhouse level during 2009-2017, the housing price quarterly change dataset in Nanjing townhouse (apartment, resident community) level (2009-2017) was developed. There are 4560 townhouses (apartments and resident communities) in Nanjing city was selected, and the quarterly data for the housing prices during 2009-2017 was collected and estimated. This dataset is consisted of: 1) Boundary data for the study area; 2) Quarterly housing price of each of the townhouses (apartments, resident Communities) in Nanjing during 2009-2017. The dataset was archived in .xls and .shp data formats with the data size of 4.53 MB in 8 data files (compressed to 1.37 MB in one file). Research results based on the dataset were published on the Acta Geographica Sinica, 2017, Vol. 72, No. 04, Acta Geographica Sinica, 2018, Vol. 73, No. 12, and Scientia Geographica Sinica, 2018, Vol.38, No. 12.
