    Abstract: Objective To compare the epidemiological characteristics of COVID-19 in Guangzhou and Wenzhou, and evaluate the effectiveness of their prevention and control measures. Methods Data of COVID-19 cases reported in Guangzhou and Wenzhou as of 29 February, 2020 were collected. The incidence curves of COVID-19 in two cities were constructed. The real time reproduction number ( R t ) of COVID-19 in two cities was calculated respectively. Results A total of 346 and 465 confirmed COVID-19 cases were analysed in Guangzhou and Wenzhou, respectively. In two cities, most cases were aged 30-59 years (Guangzhou: 54.9%; Wenzhou: 70.3%). The incidence curve peaked on 27 January, 2020 in Guangzhou and on 26 January, 2020 in Wenzhou, then began to decline in both cities. The peaks of imported COVID-19 cases from Hubei occurred earlier than the peak of COVID-19 incidences in two cities, and the peak of imported cases from Hubei occurred earlier in Wenzhou than in Guangzhou. In early epidemic phase, imported cases were predominant in both cities, then the number of local cases increased and gradually took the dominance in Wenzhou. In Guangzhou, the imported cases was still predominant. Despite the different epidemic pattern, the R t and the number of COVID-19 cases declined after strict prevention and control measures were taken in Guangzhou and in Wenzhou. Conclusion The time and scale specific differences of imported COVID-19 resulted in different epidemic patterns in two cities, but the spread of the disease were effectively controlled after taking strict prevention and control measures.

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the cognitive level of wearing and removing personal protective equipmentinCOVID-19 isolation wards of wuhan makeshift hospital, and provide the scientific basis for the training ofhospital protection. Methods Cognitive level of wearing and removing personal protective equipment in wuhan makeshift hospital wereinvestigated by using questionnaireincluded 14 related scales, including putting on and off protective equipment, hand hygiene disinfection and so on. Results The total scale score of non-medical workers was 48.82±9.65, which was lower than the total scale score of doctors (55.46±1.29) and nurses (55.0±2.36), P < 0.05.The eachscores of 14 items in the scale of non-medical workers were all lower than those of doctors and nurses ( P < 0.05). There were no statistical differences in scale scores among doctors, nurses and medical technicians. The total score of the scale of non-medical workers in later period was 55.23±3.26, which was significantly higher than the total score of 44.50±10.14 in previous period, P < 0.001. The total score of nurses and medical technicians in the later period were higher than those in the previous period, and the difference were statistically significant. There was no significant difference between the total score of the scale in the later period and that in the previousperiod. Conclusions The cognition level of non-medical workers on wearing and removing personal protective devices was lower than thoseof doctors and nurses, strengthening the practice couldimprove cognition.

    Abstract: The asymptomatic carrier state of COVID-19 has become a topic of concern for preventing a possible epidemic rebound. This review describes and defines the COVID-19 asymptomatic carrier state and outlines methods for identifying counting and reporting these cases. The author elaborates that the asymptomatic carrier state can be further divided into asymptomatic infection and pre-symptomatic infection after extended follow-up based on the nature of disease progression. The author presents the limited available data about infectiousness of asymptomatic and pre-symptomatic cases and their possible contributions to the overall epidemic of COVID-19 observed so far in China. Challenges of a possible second epidemic wave of COVID-19 caused by asymptomatic and pre-symptomatic cases are discussed and suggestions for control strategies and scientific research are provided.

    Abstract: Objective To explore the key influencing factors of public protective action from the angle of risk perception, protective cognition and authority trust so as to build the public protective action decision model in city with corona virus disease (COVID-19). Methods From 2ed February 2020 to 6th February 2020, we carried out cross-sectional investigation among 1 201 publics selected by convenience sampling with the 'Wen Juan Xing' electronic questionnaire collection system. The investigation tool included the general information questionnaire and the COVID-19 public protective decision-making scale. SPSS 22.0 was used to data statistics and AMOS 23.0 was applied to explore correlations among four variables, risk perception, protective cognition, authority trust and protective action, so as to build the COVID-19 public protective action decision model. Results The structural equation model had a high level of goodness-of-fit, the direct effect of risk perception on protective action was 0.410; the direct effect of protective cognition on protective action was 0.070; the total effect of authority trust on protective action was 0.377. Conclusions In China, the public have good compliance of protective action. The model can effectively forecast the protective action of COVID-19 among city publics.

    Abstract:In December 2019, COVID-19 outbreak occurred in Wuhan. The control measures to reduce mobility will help to curb the spread of the virus. However, the waiting time for patients with gastric cancer in diagnosis and treatment may be prolonged. On the basis of fully understanding the characteristics of different stages of gastric cancer, we should formulate reasonable out of hospital management strategies. On one hand, the establishment of effective communication channels between doctors and patients can get reasonable guidance outside the hospital. On the other hand, we should work out and adjust treatment strategies together with patients, and fully inform out of hospital precautions to minimize the adverse effects of the epidemic on treatment.

The traditional outpatient management mode can not meet the needs of the large-scale public health emergencies. In order to quickly and accurately shunt patients, find the source of infection, cut off the route of infection, protect the susceptible population, and effectively avoid cross infection, the hospital actively responded to the call of the state. The outpatient department adopted strict deployment, strengthened training, scientific protection, carried out timely, effective and standardized management, and achieved preliminary results. No cross infection occurred in the hospital.

    Abstract: January 25, 2020, our hospital was served as the designated hospital for critically ill patients with new coronary pneumonia in Wuhan. The timely and effective pharmaceutical emergency protection system was great significance for epidemic prevention. In order to ensure the drug demand of patients and improve the level of drug treatment, the key and difficult issues in the practice of pharmacy administration during new coronary pneumonia were combined with clinical practical work to develop an appropriate pharmaceutical emergency support system. Our department launched the emergency response mechanism, such as established list of COVID-19 key therapeutic drugs, urgently purchased therapeutic drugs, reformed the processes of emergency pharmacy, established a donated drug management system, establish the COVID-19 pharmaceutical care team, and opened a 'cloud pharmacy' to meet the drug needs of non COVID-19 chronic diseases patients. We also strengthened the management of personnel protection. The pharmacy administration during new coronary pneumonia is a professional, comprehensive, complex and systematic emergency project that guarantees the safety of drug supply, medication and enables the treatment work to be carried out in an orderly manner.

    Abstract:The novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) is the first infectious disease discovered in Wuhan in December 2019. It is highly infectious and the population is generally susceptible. There is no specific treatment for it yet. Controlling the source of infection and cutting off the route of transmission are the main preventive and control measures. The designated hospital and fever clinic are the main places for the treatment of covid-19. The special non infectious disease ward in the general ward has not perfect prevention and control facilities. The patients with other diseases combined with covid-19 in the general ward are easy to cause nosocomial infection. In this paper, the prevention and control strategies of covid-19 in the general ward are formulated from three aspects of medical staff management, patient management and ward management.
